We had my Cookie Monster birthday party there and we couldn’t had made a better decision. The staff, the manager, the place, the food, etc, every thing was great. The kids hd a blast and so did the adults, we have beautiful pictures, the staff did a good job with my cookie monster balloons when decorating the party room. The entire experience was just wonderful, my guess loved it, we had a great time and my son couldn’t have had a better 2nd birthday party.
we had our daughter’s 4th birthday party. The kid’s had a wonderful time and enjoyed the place, however the staff was rude, non-cooperative. Also, i feel that the facility should have told the party host’s that they have “vending machines” for water and drinks as well as machines for tokens for kids to play games. As the party host I think it is inappropriate that the parents of our guests had to buy their own water, etc.. We would have provided for everyone if we were told about this fact. Also when we did realize that the parents were buying tokens, we went and purchased tokens and at the very end when we wanted to trade in the tokens for our cash back we were told that we could not have cash and we were stuck with the tokens. This is very upsetting especially if you plan on never going back to the facility again. Also at the end – you were forced to give a tip to the staff. We only saw 2 staff members with the party, but they insisted there was 3. We also paid for balloons for every kid, and they were not given out and the staff refused to take it off the bill.
Beware of this place – it is a big rip-off.
