Outtakes! Film Workshops for Children. With a unique hands on process we give children the confidence and knowledge of performing on camera. Class time mixed with on location shooting of scenes makes film making fun and exciting while instilling the basic techniques of the business.
Outtakes! Summer Program
Beginning with the pre-production process and working through production, children will learn numerous aspects of the film process. These include : Auditioning, story boards, voice overs, scene study, commercials and filming. Throughout the day students will also participate in outdoor time, acting games and filming an original movie trailer. The workshop concludes with a “red carpet premiere” of the children’s work for friends and family. Every child will also receive a DVD of their scenes and workshop extras.
*There will be a “movie lunch”. Students must provide own lunches.
Starts : July 18, 2011
Runs every day from 9:30am-2:30pm.
Ends : July 22, 2011.
