Registered my son for summer camp. I called to confirm, they said good to go. Made drive from Centreville to Ashburn to be told no, we were not enrolled. Female manager wa rude, short, unempathetic and owner stood by and watched it all happen without intervening no apology or even recognition of their error. Take your $400+ for summer day camp andspend it someplace else. The only remotely concerned counselor was clearly the guy who answered the phone when I called the week before and disnt tell me they were sold out. Shoddy at best, at worst, I don’t want these clowns setting an expel on how to treat people and pass the buck!!!!
